Phu Quoc is the largest of all Vietnam island with fantastic beaches, unspoiled forests and a flourishing marine life in transparent turquoise waters. Phu Quoc is called both the Emerald Island because of its triangular shape as well as the island of "99 mountains" and its many sandstone chains gradually descending from the north to the south. Phu Quoc Island lies in the Gulf of Thailand, and 15km south of the Cambodian coast. Do not forget to sample Phu Quoc’s famous traditional products - fish sauce "nuoc mam" and black pepper.
July to October: Rainy season.
November to June: Dry season, this is the best time to travel. Average temperature is 25 – 28oC.
April and May are the hottest months with temperature reaching 35°C

2. Can Tho – Phu Quoc (Mon-Tue-Thu-Sun): 45minutes
By High Speed Boat: from Rach Gia, deeper Mekong Delta
Rach Gia – Phu Quoc (daily boat, 2 times/day): 2,5 hours cruising
